Shipping

**Standard processing time is 5 business days from the day that the order was placed. ​Please remember that business days do not include weekends and holidays. If processing times change it will be posted on website. We try and stay within the posted processing times but do get overwhelmed with orders at times so additional days might be needed for processing. 


**If it is within the posted Processing time please don't email asking when your order will ship or where it is. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don't receive an email with tracking info and it has gone beyond the posted processing times please email, Facebook Message or leave a message through the website. Please include order number, email address you used when you placed the order and any additional information or questions you have. Allow 1-2 days for response. 


**If you choose First Class Shipping your package will not be insured and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

** Priority and Rush Shipping will be insured and will be replaced in the event your order is lost or stolen. If your package is in transit with the USPS and you believe its lost or has been in transit with no updates for a few days please contact USPS. Once your order is shipped I have no control over the shipping process and can only see what you see on USPS Tracking. I am not responsible for lost or missing orders. You can file a claim through the USPS website if it was insured. If you file a claim, I will not replace order. If you want your order to be replaced please contact me and I will file a claim through USPS and then send a replacement order.


**Priority Shipping does not speed up my processing time, if you choose priority shipping processing time is the same and will be shipped Priority. If you choose Rush Shipping please send me a message letting me know just in case I don't get a notification. Rush Shipping usually ships within 1-2 days of placing your order. If you need something pretty quickly please contact me prior to ordering and I can usually work with you and get it shipped out quickly.
